About Hannah
Hannah is a young Chiweenie, approximately one year old, and weighs a delightful 12 pounds. This lovely girl has a gentle spirit, a heart full of kindness, and a tail that wags excitedly when she feels comfortable. Rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston, she can be a bit shy and timid, especially in unfamiliar situations. However, with time and patience, her true, affectionate nature shines bright. Hannah thrives in a calm, structured environment. She is crate trained, happily curling up in her crate for meals or rest. Notably, she has mastered house training with no accidents and enjoys being outside to explore. While she's still learning how to walk on a leash, she does best in a securely fenced yard where she can frolic freely while gaining confidence. Hannah forms strong bonds with her people and warms up quickly, especially to men. To help her adjust, she'll need a home that can offer reassurance and regular positive reinforcement training. This sweet girl may have had a loving past, so she appreciates a bit of gentleness and understanding. Although she can be somewhat picky about food, she enjoys a mix of kibble and wet food. Overall, Hannah is a special companion looking for a home where she can feel safe and loved. Ready to meet Hannah? Click apply to start the adoption process!
