About Smoosh
Smoosh is an extremely tiny tabby with a remarkable story and a striking resemblance to ET. Born around March 1, 2025, she came to us after being surrendered from a local unmanaged cat colony. Initially slated for release after her spay surgery, a surprising discovery of her having only two teeth changed her fate. Instead of returning to the colony, she found a safe haven at our sanctuary, where she now receives the care and attention she deserves. At first, Smoosh was quite shy, having little experience with human interaction. However, over the past few months, she’s been making great strides. With patience and time, Smoosh has begun to trust people and even enjoys gentle petting sessions, particularly when she’s allowed to set the pace. While she’s currently observing other cats from her cozy condo, she shows signs of curiosity that suggest she may soon engage with them. With her charmingly unique appearance, from her crimped whiskers to her petite frame weighing around 6 lbs, Smoosh is a true showstopper. She’s worked hard to build her confidence and is eager for a loving home. If you're interested in bringing joy to her life, don't hesitate to reach out. She's waiting for a special person like you!
