About Gaston
Gaston carries the quiet wisdom of a well-traveled life. This orange and white tabby spent his early years with limited human contact before being rescued from a hoarding situation. Adjusting to life at Caring For Creatures, he has made steady progress with his shyness—though trust comes slowly, Gaston will now quietly enjoy gentle pets. He’s FIV positive and currently lives peacefully alongside other cats in the special FIV room at The Scratching Post. You’ll often spot him relaxing in a cozy cubby, perched in a cat tree, or tucked away in a quiet nook. He tends to keep to the sidelines with his calm manner and rarely seeks the spotlight. Gaston values calm and patience in his humans, making him a relaxing presence for someone experienced with feline quirks. He gets along well with fellow cats and appreciates a gentle environment. For those hoping for a less demanding, quietly affectionate companion with a mellow temperament, Gaston could be the perfect fit. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
