About Ember

Meet Ember, a sweet and shy Pittie mix who journeyed to us from Texas. At 2 years old and around 45 pounds, she’s all about snuggling up with someone who can shower her with affection. Though a bit reserved, Ember is slowly blossoming and learning how to play with her foster dog siblings. Currently, she’s perfecting her potty training; she’s great at going outside, but has had a few accidents while figuring out her signs. Ember needs a patient adopter who can help her feel secure as she adjusts to her new surroundings. She’s still learning leash skills, so it's advisable to have a fenced yard for her to explore safely. While she hasn't met children yet, we think Ember would do well with them and might thrive with another dog for companionship, but she can also be your only sweetheart.
