About Snickerdoodle Urgnet
Meet Snickerdoodle, an urgent case who needs a loving home right away. This 5-year-old Chihuahua has been at the shelter since May 28, 2026, and she’s facing serious health issues due to an upper respiratory infection. Time is of the essence since she risks euthanasia if not adopted soon. Snickerdoodle is a small dog with a lovely mix of red, cream, and tan colors, and her short coat makes her easy to care for. She has not been altered yet, and although she is not house trained, her affectionate nature shines through. Currently at the Kern County Animal Services in Bakersfield, Snickerdoodle deserves a forever home where she can recuperate and thrive. Companion Animal Protection Services (CAPS) supports her adoption and can assist with transportation if you're located on the West Coast. Give Snickerdoodle the chance at life she deserves. If you’re ready to provide a caring environment, please reach out to CAPS and see about adopting her today!
