About Nova
Nova is a 1-year-old Labradoodle mix with a gentle heart and lots of potential. When she first arrived with her sister, Jessi, she needed time to adjust to her surroundings due to limited socialization. Nova is looking for a patient family that can help her build confidence and learn how to embrace life as a dog. Although she may be shy at first, Nova carefully chooses her people. With slow introductions, she warms up and forms deep bonds, thriving on affection and attention. You’ll often find her resting at your feet, seeking reassurance and love. Nova has never shown aggression; she simply retreats and observes when faced with uncertainty. With stability and routine, she reveals her sweet personality. She gets along well with other dogs and even with cats, and a confident canine friend could help show her that life isn’t so scary after all. This remarkable girl is in search of a family who understands that building trust takes time. If you’re willing to be patient, you’ll gain a loyal companion who will appreciate every ounce of love you provide. Applications are open for Nova, who is still awaiting her final vaccines and spay surgery. Finding her forever family now means they can be ready to welcome her into their hearts once she’s completely prepared. Could you be the person Nova has been waiting for?
