About Bennie
Bennie is a young male Pit Bull Terrier mix, around one year old and weighing about 35 lbs. He has a beautiful brindle coat and is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Bennie was rescued from animal control and has been fostered for about a month; we don't know much about his past, but it’s clear he has come a long way. Initially shy and wary, he quickly bonded with his foster parent and has gradually warmed up to others. You’ll see him wagging his tail when treats are around, ready to join in the fun with other dogs. While he still might retreat at loud noises, Bennie is learning to trust and has shown he listens well and comes when called. This sweet boy is on the path to becoming a terrific hiking and couch companion. He’ll thrive best with an experienced and patient adopter who can help him build confidence. If you're looking for a loving companion, come meet Bennie. You might just find your new best friend. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
