About Pearl
Pearl is a calm and lovely tabby who recently finished raising four kittens. She’s worked hard, and now she deserves a future filled with gentle scritches, comfy naps in warm sunbeams, and abundant love. Initially, Pearl kept her guard up as a shy mom cat, revealing little about herself. However, with each passing day, her sweet personality is shining through. Pearl is a reserved cat but has shown she wants to share affection. She isn’t quite used to trusting humans yet, which makes her feel vulnerable. Nonetheless, she just needs a chance to discover that there are kind people who will treat her well. Gradually, she’s letting her guard down. When you talk to her, she lovingly rubs against your legs and even wiggles on her back. With patience, she accepts belly rubs, clearly enjoying the attention. Currently, Pearl has not interacted with the resident cats in her foster home, but watching them relax with her foster mom has been calming for her. A household with a kind kitty friend would help her feel braver. Pearl would thrive in a low-key environment with patient humans willing to show her there’s no need to worry. Adults or mellow, respectful older kids would suit her best. Pearl is ready to learn about love and affection, so give her a chance to open her heart. You’ll find she can be a loyal and loving companion.
