Tango
AvailableTango is a young male Rat Terrier weighing around 20 lbs. He has a small build and showcases a lovely brindle coat mixed with brown, chocolate, and tricolor markings. Tango is not yet house trained, but he is neutered and vaccinated, making him a suitable candidate for adoption in Jacksonville, FL.
About Tango
Tango just escaped a difficult situation. He was facing a euthanasia deadline on May 30th, 2026, after being surrendered to the shelter along with three other dogs due to their owner’s deportation. While awaiting rescue, all four dogs suffered from weight loss and upper respiratory infections. Thankfully, we were able to step in and provide Tango with a safe haven. At an estimated 20 lbs and around 2-3 years old, Tango is a small, sweet boy, full of potential and ready to find his forever home. Currently fostered in South Florida, he does not get along with other pets yet, so a home where he can be the only pet would suit him best. His short coat in brindle and tricolor makes him unique, and he is altered and up to date on vaccinations. You can give this brave little guy a second chance at happiness. What are you waiting for?
