About Fats
Meet Fats, a charming young doodle in search of a loving, patient home. At just one year old, he’s neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. Fats came to us from a challenging hoarding situation, which means he has had very limited exposure to the outside world. New experiences can overwhelm him, so he needs a family that understands his gentle nature and will give him the time to adjust at his own pace. Fats thrives best in a home with another confident dog to help him navigate life’s new adventures—the presence of a canine companion can be a game changer for his confidence. We suggest a home with older, respectful children, as younger ones might be too much for him. As for cats, introductions should be slow and carefully managed since we can't predict how he'd react. Continuing positive reinforcement training will be essential for Fats, helping him learn essential skills while strengthening his bond with his family. This sweet boy is looking for someone to believe in him and help him blossom into the companion he has the potential to be. Could you be that special person? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
