About Asher
Meet Asher, the sweetest little old man you'll ever know. He's the perfect companion for anyone seeking a best friend whose favorite activities include snuggling, napping, and being close to his loved ones. Each morning, he wakes up with his adorable nubby tail wagging, ready to start the day by your side. Asher excels at napping—think Olympic-level, six-hour sessions. His daily highlights? Breakfast and dinner, of course. After a meal, he loves curling up in a cozy dog bed with his favorite plush blanket, burrowing in to get just right. He also enjoys the simple pleasure of rolling around in fresh, wet grass. This easygoing gentleman gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs. He's calm, gentle, and always ready to be part of the family. Although Asher is deaf and blind, he confidently navigates the world, exploring new spaces like a little Roomba—bumping around until he learns his way and then zooming off with skill. Asher is an affectionate soul who simply wants to be included in everything. If he wakes up and doesn't see his people, he might let out a sweet howl to check in. He's incredibly happy and gentle, with no growling or biting. All he seeks is a loving home where he can spend his golden years lounging, enjoying snacks, and soaking up love. If a loyal friend with a heart of gold is what you're looking for, Asher can’t wait to meet you!
