Matilda is a 7-year-old Cocker Spaniel with a tender soul and the sweetest personality. Found as a stray in need of some extra TLC, she’s now thriving in her foster home and soaking up the love she’s always deserved. Feeling safe and cared for is clearly her happy place—she is full of bright energy, playful wiggles, and endless affection. Matilda shines when she’s with her people and has been wonderful with every dog she’s met so far. Matilda is currently being treated for an ear infection and dry eye, and she’ll soon receive a dental cleaning and be spayed. She's easy to care for, taking minimal medication at this point, and making great progress. At 27 pounds, she’s also working toward a healthier weight for her frame. With her heart of gold and loving nature, Matilda is the kind of dog who will brighten your days and fill your home with joy. She is truly a lovely girl and will make a devoted, affectionate companion. Once a stray, now a sweetheart—Matilda will soon be ready for the forever home she’s been waiting for.
