About Tyson Beckford
Tyson Beckford is a playful buddy ready to steal your heart. This 10–12-month-old Schnauzer mix, at around 45 pounds, has a sturdy frame that's more teddy bear than big dog. He arrived at his foster home curious and eager to fit in, and now, he’s the ultimate velcro companion, following his humans from room to room. Tyson loves his playtime but knows how to chill out, too. After some energetic fetch or tug sessions, he’s all about snuggling up, often throwing himself against you for cuddles. His playful nature is matched by his adventuresome spirit—he relishes walks and outdoor fun, and he’s made great strides in his leash manners. Tyson understands how to communicate when it's time to go outside and has already mastered excellent house training. With a fondness for making new canine friends, Tyson shows friendly intentions by lowering himself when he meets other dogs. He's also an intelligent pup who’s keen to learn and would thrive with a family ready to guide him. Active families who appreciate companionship and adventure will find a perfect match in Tyson. He’s goofy, affectionate, and ready to become your new best friend. Click apply to start the adoption process.
