About Espresso
Meet Espresso, a 4-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier tipping the scales at 70 lbs, also affectionately known as Bean. This big guy was found roaming the streets alone about a year ago, and sadly, he was never claimed. Since coming into rescue, Espresso has shown that beneath his tough exterior lies a dog eager for connection and guidance. Espresso is smart and ready to learn. He already knows the basics, but he's looking for the right person to help him grow further. With a personality bursting with energy, he thinks he’s a lap dog and thrives with structure and consistency. He requires a confident leader who understands his breed and sets appropriate boundaries. While he has played well with other dogs under supervision, he can be a little overwhelming, so any potential canine companions should be tolerant of his exuberance. Espresso will do best in a home with older children, aged 16 and up, and he needs a meet-and-greet with any resident dogs prior to adoption.
