About Bryson
Bryson is a striking blue bicolor Ragdoll with captivating light blue eyes. This nearly 4-year-old boy is neutered, front-paw declawed, and has a long coat that adds to his charm. Weighing around 14 lbs, he came to Specialty Purebred Cat Rescue after being surrendered when his owner faced a family allergy situation. Initially reserved and shy in foster care, Bryson has blossomed, often making his presence known with the adorable Ragdoll flop and playful air biscuits. While he loves head pets and tolerates brushing, he has certain areas that prefer less attention, so learning his cues is essential to avoid playful nips. Bryson is a laid-back cat who enjoys lounging on a cat tree or watching birds from the window, yet he reveals an energetic side during play, especially with toys like DaBird. He thrives in a calm environment, making him an excellent match for someone who appreciates cat behavior and elegance. Previous living situations included other cats and a dog, though he didn’t mesh perfectly with one introduction. Therefore, he’ll do best in a home with similar breeds, like Ragdolls or Himalayans, with proper introductions. He’s good with cat-savvy older children but should avoid young kids who might miss his signals. Bryson uses his litter box without a hitch and enjoys both freeze-dried raw and wet food. Consider bringing this beauty into your home. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
