About Buddy
Meet Buddy! Buddy is ready to find a new best friend after a challenging transition. His previous owner, a veteran, could no longer care for him, and now Buddy is eager for a family to help him start his next chapter. This sweet boy has already established himself as a delightful companion. He gets along well with other dogs, enjoys the company of cats, and is comfortable being part of the household. Now past the puppy stage, he’s at that lovely age where he truly values spending time with his loved ones and enjoying life’s simple pleasures. With a calm and loyal personality, Buddy makes for an excellent companion. Whether you're winding down at home or sharing a quiet evening, he loves just being nearby. His foster mom shares that he enjoys gentle play, particularly on the bed, and has a special fondness for her husband, whom he dubs the 'Man dog.' Buddy is great about alerting his family to anything outside but mostly ignores the other animals around the house. He has proven to be house trained and loves snuggling close, giving sweet face kisses. At around 8 years old, Buddy still has plenty of love to give and is searching for a family to cherish him. He prefers the comfort of indoors but doesn’t mind a bit of sunshine outside. If you're looking for a faithful friend who appreciates a cozy place to call home, Buddy could be the perfect match for you. Ready to connect with Buddy? Click apply to start the adoption process!
