About Austin

Meet Austin! This charming Pittie mix is a bit underweight at 43 lbs and certainly draws comparisons to Petey from the Rascals. He’s eager to be close to you, making it tricky to snap a good picture. Austin has a delightful personality and greets everyone with enthusiasm. His coat features adorable little speckles that add to his charm. In addition to being dog-friendly, Austin is also good with cats and settled nicely into a crate after a moment. He'll need sunscreen on his little nose and ears when out in the sun. Feel free to check his videos on our Dogs of Del Norte County Facebook page for a closer look at his lovable antics. Come meet our adoptable dogs at 2650 Washington Blvd, Crescent City, CA 95531. The kennels are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, or by appointment. An adoption application is required for anyone interested in providing Austin a wonderful forever home.
