About Bobcat

Bobcat, affectionately known as Laika in her foster home, is looking for a new chapter in Austin. She’s been with her current family for several years but due to her owner's health issues, she’s now ready for a fresh start. Currently in Oklahoma City, she’s eager to find a loving home that can welcome her back to Austin. Bobcat has been a wonderful foster sister to over 50 dogs of all kinds. Her playful energy is matched by her laid-back demeanor, embodying the perfect blend of ‘play hard, nap hard.’ She enjoys romping around with her canine friends and would love to meet any potential siblings before heading home. House trained and crate trained, Bobcat has excellent manners. She has free reign of her home, having not needed a crate since she was 1.5 years old. You can count on her to be trustworthy when left alone. Highly treat motivated, Bobcat completed basic obedience training. She knows commands like sit, down, and stay, and enjoys learning—especially when food is involved. Fetch is one of her favorite games, and she loves to chase a ball. Her foster family highlights her affectionate nature; she is truly a cuddle bug who enjoys snuggling up in cozy spots like beds or chairs. Could you be the forever home she’s been waiting for?
