About Quirk
Quirk is 110% pure LOVE. This sweet, affectionate boy is a true velcro dog—he just wants to be by your side as much as possible. Whether he’s snoozing in your lap or showering you with kisses, Quirk’s favorite place is with his person. At just over a year old, he’s still learning about the world but is making fantastic progress. He’s around 85% potty trained and thrives on a consistent schedule, picking up on cues to go outside (when he gets kissy, it’s time!). With a little patience, he’ll master it soon. Quirk does well in his crate, sleeping peacefully through the night and settling in when left alone—though he’d prefer to be tagging along with you. This lovable boy is a bit goofy and getting braver each day. He enjoys walks, albeit he can be a bit nervous at first. Recently, he even went on his first camping trip! Living with another dog in his foster home, Quirk loves to play, romp in the yard, and chill in the crate together. He can be the center of attention or enjoy having a well-matched dog sibling. Given the recent changes in his life, slow introductions and time for adjustment are key. Quirk needs a home where someone is around often—work-from-home or retired would be perfect—as he truly just wants to be close to his people. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who will be your biggest fan, Quirk is your guy! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
