About Dutch
Dutch came to rescue after being found as a tiny pup with his siblings, abandoned and left to fend for themselves. Now safe in Oregon, Dutch is about 4.5 months old and roughly 28 pounds, expected to grow into a medium-sized dog. His coat is short, a mix of tan and black, and his Shepherd/Lab background gives him both brains and a gentle side. Dutch is up to date on his vaccines and is microchipped. He’s both potty trained and crate trained, which makes transitions smoother. Dutch is naturally smart and picks up new things quickly. He starts out a bit shy, but once he’s comfortable, he shows a playful, curious, and kind personality. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is curious—never aggressive—toward cats. Dutch also does well with children and loves being part of a family dynamic. He’ll need a home with a yard to give him space to play and unwind. Dutch is just as happy to be your couch buddy as he is to go on outdoor adventures. He’s cuddly, loves attention, and is eager to bond with his future family. Ready to fall in love?
