About Lenny

Lenny came up from a rough start after being abandoned with his siblings in Huron, CA and landing temporarily in a busy shelter, but now he’s safe in Oregon, learning what a real home could be. At around 4 months old and weighing about 14 lbs, he’s already crate trained, fully up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and reliably potty trained. Lenny’s a bright, affectionate pup with a calm, easygoing nature. He’s the type that starts out a bit shy and submissive, but opens up once he feels safe. Playful and gentle, Lenny wants nothing more than to stick close to his people or curl up by your side. He gets along well with other dogs and is perfectly comfortable around cats—mostly he’s just eager for a little play. You’ll notice how loyal and sweet he is; he wants to be involved in family life without demanding constant attention. Lenny brings a blend of Shepherd and Labrador Retriever traits: responsive, adaptable, and naturally gentle. This puppy fits well with most families and will make a loving, lasting companion.
