About Juju
Juju is a gentle orange-and-white long-haired boy just over a year old. He comes from a small colony and spent his early months outdoors, which makes him cautious initially. Give him a little time, and he'll reward you with affectionate purrs and nudges as soon as he feels secure. Juju has grown attached to the comforts of indoor life, and nothing makes him happier than a soft brush, head rubs, and treats—he’ll roll over and show his belly when he knows he’s safe. While he loves batting toys on his own, overall he’s calm and easygoing, preferring quiet moments with his people to wild antics. Now completely adapted to indoor living, Juju is neutered, vaccinated, and has recovered from past injuries. He thrives in a peaceful home with adults or older teens who give him space to adjust. He’d get along with a gentle feline friend but would be content as the only pet. A separate room for his first weeks will help him relax. Juju is strictly an indoor-only cat and will do best in a home where his boundaries are respected. Note: he’s spooked by plastic bags—his new family should keep those out of his environment, especially during his transition. Juju is currently living in Sunnyvale, CA and looking for someone ready to offer him security and affection. They’ll get a loyal companion who purrs the moment he’s at ease.
