She was rescued as a puppy, along with her brother, and arrived at her foster home in rough shape. But through patience and good care, Roxy has grown into a sweet dog who still believes in brighter days ahead. She is gentle and sensitive with a playful streak, always happy to spend time with other dogs or hang around people. In her foster home, she's learned what it means to be part of a family—she enjoys playtime with her canine friends, cozy naps, and the security of a soft bed. Roxy does best with a gentle touch and reassuring words, especially in new places or around unfamiliar faces, because her past left her a little wary at first. Give her kindness and time, though, and she warms up, showing off her loyalty and gratitude. Roxy is crate trained, fully vetted, and house trained.
