About Loka
Loka is a small, 9-month-old female Blue Heeler surrendered because her previous family couldn’t keep up with her needs. She’s a high-energy, mixed-breed pup who spent time both indoors and outdoors, and she thrives on activity. Loka leans quiet and shy at first but quickly shows a playful side once comfortable. She does struggle with separation anxiety and typical puppy habits like chewing, jumping, and getting into things she shouldn’t—but these are manageable with patience and training. Loka is crate trained, loves riding in the car, and already knows some basic commands like sit and shake. Squeaky toys and balls keep her happy and busy. She gets along with women, men, children, and cats, and she’s generally fair with other dogs. With an adopter ready to continue her training, Loka will make a lively, devoted companion.
