About Sycamore
Sycamore arrived just a little unsure of everything. As a young Siberian Husky, most things still seem big and unknown, but he's already letting his brave, playful side peek out between moments of shyness. He needs time and patience—quick movements can leave him uneasy, so slow introductions and low-key environments will help him build confidence. With snacks and gentle encouragement, Sycamore is learning to trust and will nudge for more pets when he feels secure. Building trust is a process for Sycamore. He likes gentle interaction and, once comfortable, will show flashes of typical puppy joy with bounces and playful pounces. Toys are new to him, but he’s starting to figure them out. While he’s a bit cautious around other dogs, slow, thoughtful introductions should help him adjust if there's already a dog at home. Like all puppies, Sycamore will need consistency, structure, and ongoing support as he grows. Give him a little time, and you'll see a friendly, soft-hearted companion emerge, eager for a new beginning in Detroit, MI. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
