About Cinderella
Cinderella’s story hasn’t been an easy one. Abandoned on the side of a busy road with her loyal friend Sully, she dodged cars for days before a good samaritan finally brought them both to safety. Sully was adopted not long after arriving at the shelter, which left Cinderella alone and unsettled, missing her companion and uncertain of her place in the world. She’s young—about 18 months old—and the kennel environment has taken a toll on her confidence. Without Sully, Cinderella is wary and quiet, but she hasn’t lost her gentle spirit. She readily accepts kindness, enjoys attention from people, and finds comfort around other dogs. With time, patience, and a loving home, her sweet nature is sure to emerge fully. In person, she’s striking—likely a Yellow Lab and Golden Retriever mix—with a soft expression that hints at all she’s endured. Cinderella is fully vaccinated and will be spayed once she has a home lined up. She’s currently house trained and just waiting for someone to show her that happy endings are real. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
