Sable is a young Akita with a short coat who has already been spayed and is current on vaccines, microchipped, and consistently on flea and heartworm prevention. She came to rescue after being left in a crate outside a store and was luckily saved by a Good Samaritan; after being adopted once, she returned when conflicts started with another dog as she matured. Sable tends to be a bit shy and is generally reactive to loud or reactive dogs. She would do best as the only pet or with a very mellow male canine companion. She’s already house trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on leash, making her transition to a new home smooth. Sable’s personality comes out best in quiet, stable environments.
