About Chi Chi
Chi Chi is a ten-week-old female Australian Shepherd mix with an easygoing energy and a strong desire to find a loving place to call home. She’s spent her early days with her littermates, falling asleep in puppy piles, but she’s ready for adventures of her own now. Chi Chi is a playful pup who lights up at the chance to chase after toys and will turn any living room into a bounce zone. After her zoomies, she’ll want some downtime for snuggles—she values affection and lots of belly rubs. Chi Chi is in the sweet spot for socialization. With patience and early training, she can grow into a playful, confident companion who mixes easily with other dogs, cats, and respectful kids. Her adopter should have a flexible schedule: puppies this age need multiple daily potty breaks and plenty of time to learn about the world. She’s not yet house trained and still needs routine puppy vet visits and vaccines as she grows. Since she hasn’t been spayed, her adopter will need to handle her spay procedure by the required date. Chi Chi is currently at a shelter in South Carolina but is looking for her new family near Washington, DC. She’s eager for puppy classes, regular exercise, and someone ready to help shape her into a great adult dog. Ready to start your journey together! Apply now.
