About Griff
Griff is a 5-month-old Basset Hound with deep, soulful eyes and classic, floppy ears. He’s in Sarasota, FL, and was born on December 5, making him a Sagittarius—so don’t be surprised by his playful, upbeat approach to life! Like a good puppy should, Griff is still picking up new tricks every day, but he’s already house trained and crate trained. He adores company and always wants to be where his people are. Be ready for the famous Basset bark if you leave him on his own for too long; this guy isn’t shy about voicing his need for attention and love. Griff enjoys the company of other dogs and is great with kids of any age. He would absolutely thrive in a home where people or another friendly dog are around most of the day to help keep him occupied and socialized. He’s microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and already neutered. This sweet young hound is ready to blend right in with a family that can provide plenty of companionship and stability. If Griff sounds like your missing family member, you might want to meet him sooner rather than later. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
