About Rory

Rory came into rescue from Highlands County animal services at about three years old, weighing in at 16 pounds. When he arrived, Rory had both an abdominal wall and a diaphragm hernia, but the team at Sebring Animal Hospital performed the necessary surgeries, and he recovered well. He does have some hair loss, likely due to prior flea dermatitis, but it doesn't slow him down. Rory is very sweet and gentle, and he tested negative for heartworm. If you have another dog in your home, a meet and greet will be required. Overall, he's a calm, resilient little dog just waiting for a new start. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
