Ramona is a beautiful young American Staffordshire Terrier and Boxer mix, pushing two years old, who started life with hardship but hasn’t lost her bright spirit. She came into rescue after surviving abuse and is learning how to enjoy being a happy dog. Ramona has a strong prey drive, so homes with small animals are not a fit, and she’ll do best as your only animal. While she is house trained and sweet-natured, she still has bursts of puppy energy and can get a little mouthy with excitement. She pulls some on a leash and would benefit from a securely fenced yard to burn off that enthusiasm. Ramona gets along with children but needs to be the only four-legged friend at home.
