About Jellybean
Jellybean is a lively five-year-old Great Pyrenees mix weighing around 70 lbs and looking for a permanent home. He brings a lot of energy into the house, bonds well with new people, and likes to cuddle. Jellybean gets along with cats and is both house and crate trained. He’s not food or toy possessive, which helps keep things relaxed at home. For other dogs, Jellybean does best as the only male but can live with a female dog, given a careful introduction. He’s reactive with unknown dogs—something to be aware of during walks or outings. People with experience handling Great Pyrenees will appreciate his protective, affectionate nature and his curious spirit. He enjoys walks, running, and being out in nature. Because of his size and energy, he’s not suited to homes with toddlers. Jellybean is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. His current owner is in San Antonio and can drive him to Houston. This is a courtesy post; Big Love Rescue is handling the exposure and application, but Jellybean remains under his owner’s care. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
