About Aspen

Aspen ended up in the rescue through no fault of his own. He’s about 7 months old and already sports a thick, fuzzy gray coat. When a hand reaches for him, Aspen doesn’t retreat—he pushes in for head rubs and can’t get enough ear scratches. He comes across a little shy at first, but that fades fast after a few gentle pets. A visitor with a treat—especially a tube of Churu—is Aspen’s idea of a perfect day. He thrives in calmer spaces and would do best with someone who appreciates a softer, mellow type of cat. In the Library Cattery, Aspen has shown he gets along well with other cats and enjoys their company. He’ll be ready to go home by mid-June, but you’re welcome to visit him in person before then. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle, and quietly affectionate companion, Aspen is well worth meeting. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
