About Coco Bee
Meet Coco Bee, a gentle soul with a shy heart and lovable nature. She had to leave her previous family because they were struggling financially and could not find a pet-friendly place to live—her story is sadly more common than it should be. Coco Bee started out in a home full of dogs and young kids, then became the only dog with a 12-year-old, so she knows her way around children and canine playmates. Sudden noises, cars, and hectic environments unsettle her, but she's never far from a tail wag once she feels secure and gets to know you. Playfulness comes out with balls and ropes—her favorites—and she's food-motivated, which is handy for bonding and training together. She already sits and knows her place cue. Walks are kept short; she's a true homebody who just wants to curl up with family and soak up affection. A calm, patient approach will go a long way. If you have other dogs or kids, she will likely settle in given a bit of time and space. Come try a Meet-and-Greet—she just needs the right people to see past her shyness and welcome her home.
