About Princess

Princess is a smooth-coated, small Shih Tzu mix and forms half of an utterly charming mother-daughter duo. Both Princess and her mom, Precious, have eye-catching brown heart-shaped patches on their sides. Princess is about nine and is as snuggly as they come—she's happiest curled up under blankets, preferably on the bed with her favorite human. Friendly to dogs and people of all ages, Princess fits right into a welcoming home. Not much is known yet about how she feels about cats, but she does love mealtime and rarely turns down a treat. Princess is fully house trained and, thanks to recent vet care, is now spayed, microchipped, and has had essential dental work done. She does require eye drops for a dry left eye, which will be a lifelong need but is easily managed. Both Princess and Precious came from a loving home that could no longer keep them, so they've known a cozy, caring environment.
