About Jager

Jager is a 4-month-old, 8-pound Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix who’s equal parts playful energy and cuddly lap dog. He zooms around with every size foster dog and never misses an opportunity for a snuggle when things quiet down. If there’s a toy to chew or a squeaky to shake, he’s your guy—and his foster mom makes sure there are plenty available since he’s still a teething pup. Jager’s personality is outgoing, consistently happy, and unabashedly social. Crate time isn’t his favorite, but he’ll settle in, though he’d much rather snooze beside you. He’s learning house manners, nearly potty trained, and comfortable using a doggie door. You'll catch him wrestling with his sibling Stanlee, who’s also up for adoption. Jager’s up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered before adoption. He’s great with other dogs and children, though he hasn’t tried living with cats. His foster is in East Wenatchee, WA and transport within the Pacific Northwest is available for approved adopters. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
