About Toby
Meet Toby! Toby is a sweet and lovable small dog, estimated to be around 6–7 years old. He gets along with everyone—both male and female adults, as well as older children. While he hasn't been around small kids, he's a social companion for the right family. Toby does well with other dogs, including larger breeds, and is also friendly with cats. He's calm indoors and generally has good house manners, making him ideal for someone looking for a laid-back companion. He's crate trained, leash trained, and doesn't poop in the house, though he does need to wear a belly band indoors for pee accidents. Toby travels well in the car and enjoys his time with people. He needs a secure environment—either on leash or within a fenced yard—because he loves to explore and will try to make a break for it if given the chance. Toby would be a great match for a retiree or someone looking for a mellow, affectionate dog. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
