About Duke
Meet Duke! Duke may only have three legs, but no one told him—he’s busy living life full tilt. Since arriving in Hopkinton, MA, Duke has charmed everyone with his sweet attitude and contagious energy. His earlier caretakers in Florida raved about him, and it’s easy to see why: he’s social, eager to learn, and always ready to tag along on a walk or just lounge by your side. Duke knows basic commands like sit, down, and come, giving him a great head start on deeper training. He’s house trained, enjoys the company of both dogs and cats, and has lived with children before. Meeting new people can make him cautious at first, but his gentle friendliness always shines through once he’s comfortable. Thunderstorms are not his favorite, so a family able to help him feel secure when the weather acts up would be perfect. At heart, Duke is an active, playful companion who doesn’t let his three-legged status hold him back for a moment. He’s looking for a fresh start with a family who’s ready to appreciate his resilience and share life’s adventures. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
