Monte is one of five pups in the playful "M litter," alongside his siblings Margo Pup, Maui, Maple, and Miller. At just three months old and around 18 pounds, Monte and his brothers and sisters are a lively mix, likely with Labrador Retriever and shepherd or border collie in their lineage. These puppies had a tough start, but Monte hasn’t lost any of his spark. He’s all about play, whether wrestling with his siblings or tagging along with people for attention. You’ll find he’s friendly, social, and loves a good romp in the yard. Monte has been well-socialized with people and dogs, and at his young age, he may do just fine with cats. He’s comfortable both indoors and outdoors and thrives on activity. He needs daily long walks and playtime to channel his medium puppy energy. He’s still working on crate and house training, and leash manners will need a steady, patient touch. Monte will do best with active families prepared to include him in daily life, especially those with kids 5 and older.
