About Phantom
Phantom is a quiet, sweet Chihuahua mix with a gentle personality that lives up to her name. At six months old, she's playful and affectionate, always up for a snuggle or some lap time. She gravitates toward calm and cozy home environments over bustling, noisy spaces. Phantom has a lean, athletic frame—still a small dog at around 15 lbs and likely to stay petite as she matures. She’s confident and joyful once settled at home, though she can be shy in new places. Give her a little time and treats, and her playful side appears. Phantom is particularly good with other small dogs and enjoys socializing when the energy matches hers. She sleeps quietly in her crate and is house trained on potty pads. Her leash skills are developing, so expect some wobbles on walks. True to her small breed genes, Phantom has a luxating patella in one rear leg—she’s too young for surgery right now, but it’ll need addressing in the future. If you’re seeking a snuggly, work-from-home companion with a playful, gentle streak, Phantom is ready to make your lap her favorite spot. She is being fostered in Pflugerville, TX but can be adopted anywhere in Central Texas. Click apply to start the adoption process.
