About Lotus
Lotus is a jet-black young cat with striking green eyes and a soft, dense short coat. She started life on the streets, but it didn't take long for her friendly, confident nature to shine through when she landed in foster care. After arriving, she welcomed a litter of four kittens and has since eased into a calmer routine where she's rediscovering the joys of play. At about fifteen months old, Lotus is still playful and curious—she can clear a five-foot jump with ease and is always up for a round with wand toys or stuffed animals. Her favorite moments are soft brushes and snuggles where she wraps her paws around your neck for a nuzzle. Lotus prefers hanging close by rather than being picked up and isn't shy about calling out for company. She happily settles into an existing cat household but also does well as a solo pet if someone is around for companionship. Lotus hasn’t met dogs, but she gets along with children. She’s spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on her FVRCP vaccine, and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV. Curious, affectionate, and loyal, Lotus is ready for her next chapter. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
