Meet Sadie! This loyal and playful almost three-year-old Siberian Husky and German Shepherd mix is currently living in Burbank, CA. With expressive eyes and joyful zoomies, she’s full of charm wrapped in a beautiful gray and tan coat. Sadie is an adventurous spirit who loves walks, hikes, and especially fetch, her all-time favorite game! While she’s full of energy, she shows a gentle side and forms deep bonds with her humans after a proper introduction. Even though she takes a bit of time to warm up to strangers, once you’re in her circle, expect a loyal companion greeting you with a wagging tail and a signature grin. Sadie is crate trained, house-trained, and incredibly food motivated, thriving under a structured routine. She enjoys lounging on the couch or in her crate and looks forward to her daily walks, especially when they include playtime. Although she handles rainy days well, consistency is key for her potty routine. While Sadie has shared her home with other dogs, she prefers to be the only pet, especially due to past altercations that arose from rushed introductions. She’s still learning social cues with other dogs but does well with patience and positive reinforcement from her new owner. Sadie’s heart belongs to people, particularly women, and she has done wonderfully with children aged 3 to 9 during her foster care.
