About Thelma
Thelma and her two siblings, Lil B (Beethoven) and Louise, just left the cramped kennel theyād called home for almost a year. With the help of a dedicated mail carrier and some caring neighbors, the animals on that property were rescued from tough conditionsāThelma arrived underweight, her coat long and severely matted, and she clearly hadnāt known much kindness. Even after all sheās been through, Thelma is gentle and sweet, greeting new people with an open, forgiving nature. Sheās now starting the journey to recovery and will be ready for adoption once sheās had a chance to heal and receive full medical care. Thelma gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, so sheāll fit in easily with many types of homes.
