Sam is one of our new arrivals at GPRW. This fella has spent most his life without a home ! Sam was taken in by a Good Samaritan and stayed with her for quite awhile . It was never her intention to keep Sam as her own . We estimate Sam to be about 4 . He appears healthy other than his eyes . We think it’s possible he has entropian ( inward turning of lower lashes) which if our vet is in agreement will be permanently fixed thru a minor surgery . Sam must also be neutered and brought up to date on all immunizations before his placement . Sam is a shy fella especially with men . He is alittle more comfortable with women but loves children ! Sam is house trained and rides well in a vehicle . Sam has been known to view poyltry as tasty delights so he will not be placed with chickens .
