About Betsy Ross

Betsy Ross came into rescue after her previous family could no longer keep her due to their housing situation. At about 15 weeks old, Betsy is a lively Jack Russell mix with plenty of happy puppy energy. She’s a sweet, affectionate little girl who’s quick to make friends—people, dogs, and even cats—everyone’s in her circle. Betsy isn’t house trained yet, so she’ll need someone patient who’s willing to teach her the ropes and stick with her through all the young dog antics. Her coat is short and easy to manage, and she’s already working her way into everyone’s heart at the rescue. Vaccinations are up to date, but she has not been spayed yet, so adopters should be prepared for that. Born on Valentine’s Day, she’s got a classic Aquarius spirit—curious and happy to learn about the world. Betsy is in Warren, RI, and she’s ready for her new beginning. Ready to fall in love?
