About Ivy
Ivy, once known as Skylar, is a striking silver Cane Corso/Neapolitan Mastiff mix with Tahoe blue eyes. Born in December, this Sagittarius is a 6-month-old bundle of good-natured curiosity. Ivy weighs about 60 lbs and, for all her power, comes off as a gentle, bouncy companion who never stops exploring and collecting every toy in sight. She often tries to mimic her feline foster sibling, squeezing into small spaces and gathering their tiny toys with her impressive jowls. Toys, puzzles, and treats are her main obsessions, but cuddles are never far behind—she’ll happily curl up with a dog, cat, or human for affection. Ivy already knows commands like sit, down, come, spin, and stay and loves food games. Ivy’s start in life was rough: bred in a backyard situation, under socialized, and neglected. Her foster family gave her the patience and structure she needed to thrive. She gets along with both dogs and cats and is happiest in a quiet, stable environment outside the chaos of city life. New places, people, and animals can make Ivy nervous, so she needs a patient household that understands guardian breeds and will help her feel safe. She’s best placed in an adult home or one with older children—she’s affectionate but still learning her size and needs gentle, clear guidance. Ivy is spayed, house trained, and vaccinated, and her adoption fee is sponsored. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
