About Potato

The veggie kittens came to the shelter as a group before Pet Tales Rescue placed them in a foster home at the end of April. No one knows much about their life beforehand, but what stands out now is how social and confident they are. There are five boys and one girl—Potato is the only female, and she holds her ground. Playtime always leads to wrestling and antics, and the group is happy to entertain themselves and anyone nearby with their energy. Potato is a classic brown tabby with striking patterns and bright white whiskers. She easily keeps up with her brothers, wrestling and darting around the room, but makes time to seek out pets from the humans, often climbing up on the couch to be close by. Friendly and bold, Potato doesn’t shy away from attention, and is a natural purr machine. She gets along well with other cats, and should pair with dogs if introduced gradually. She hasn’t had much exposure to children but her temperament gives every sign she’ll adapt quickly, as she’s a brave kitten who enjoys company. Potato is spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, dewormed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Fun fact: Potato is a Pisces—folks born under this sign tend to be gentle and intuitive, much like her.
