Sanchez's journey started with a narrow escape. He and his siblings were living underneath a set of steps that were scheduled to be demolished. Fortunately, they were rescued just in time and given the opportunity for a safe and happy future. This handsome orange boy is a little shy when meeting new people, but underneath that cautious exterior is a sweet and loving cat who enjoys affection and attention. Once Sanchez feels comfortable with you, he happily welcomes pets and will show his gentle, affectionate personality. Sanchez loves spending time with his siblings and enjoys playful adventures around the house. His favorite toy is a crinkle ball, and he'll happily chase, bat, and carry them around during playtime. Watching him come out of his shell and enjoy himself is one of the many rewards of getting to know this special boy. Sanchez is feline leukemia (FeLV) positive, but he is currently healthy and thriving. Like many FeLV-positive cats, he simply needs a loving family committed to providing regular veterinary care, a safe indoor home, and plenty of affection. After such a difficult start in life, Sanchez deserves a future filled with comfort, security, and love.
