About Cash
Cash—short for Cashew—has been through more than his share for a young cat, from tough early days with his mom to surviving Pan Leuk and being bullied by older foster siblings. Despite his rocky start, he bounced back stronger, showing everyone just how resilient he can be. After being adopted once, he returned to foster care because of an allergy in the family. Cash gets along well with a small dog and likes other cats in his own special way, especially if he can keep his prized canned food all to himself. When it comes to affection, he’s all in—snuggling, climbing onto shoulders, and soaking up ear scratches whenever he can. If you love a cat who sprawls out in sunbeams and wants to follow you from room to room, he might be your match. Cash is playful, especially with feathery toys (as long as the other cats don't get in the way), but when it's time to eat, he makes his boundaries clear—sometimes a little growl or swat will remind others the food bowl is his. He’s eager to be spoiled with wet food, treats, and more snuggles than you think possible. If you can offer Cash a calm, loving home where he can be the center of attention (and maybe tolerate another cat so long as you supervise mealtime), he’s ready and waiting. What are you waiting for?
