Eleven year old Peanut is a mellow guy whose person recently passed away. As you can see his day is not spent at the gym, but rather lounging and taking life easy. Maybe you have a similar lifestyle and need a lounging-about friend? He has lived peacefully with other cats before and has only known life indoors and would like to continue being pampered. He is shy and worried about his change in circumstance so a quiet home with no dogs might be the best fit for him. It may be easier for him to regain his youthful figure if he is able to be fed separately from other cats in the home or he may do well being your one and only. Peanut has had a recent dental cleaning and he is in good health; he does need someone committed to helping him slowly trim down from his current 18pounds. Maybe that’s you? His foster had this to say about our big boy. “Peanut loves to have his head scratched and rubbed. He will look at you with soulful eyes, and reach out a paw to get your attention, asking for petting. He loves his tummy rubbed, and stretches way out and purrs. When you stop petting, he’ll put out his paw for more. His eyes look into your soul. He is so sweet.”
